Deel is seeking an Infrastructure Tech Lead to guide the technical direction of the core platform used by hundreds of engineers. You will design scalable infrastructure, stay hands-on with architecture and code, and shape the roadmap for enterprise-grade deployments across multi-cloud environments.
You will lead incident response, automate toil, and elevate observability with OpenTelemetry while collaborating with DevOps, DBA, and InfoSec.
