YOUR ROLE
You will be part of the Supply Chain Organization, driving cross-functional collaboration between Supply Chain, Manufacturing,
and Product Groups within the S&OP; and Medium- / Long-Term planning processes.
You will have a direct impact on strategic capacity and supply decisions, with the opportunity to work on medium- and long-term planning topics.
Your main mission is to:
- Balance demand, capacity, and inventory to support company objectives.
- Build and maintain a shared company Sales and Operations Plan, serving as the baseline for execution.
- Design and model the end-to-end supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze demand and capacity across the full value chain, identifying constraints, risks, and opportunities to support business and manufacturing decisions.
- Develop S&OP; scenarios and drive improvement actions.
- Design and model end-to-end supply chains in collaboration with Product Groups and Manufacturing, including:
- New product ramp-up strategies
- Product transfers
- Qualification and loading of new manufacturing sources
- Define and maintain inventor
