Della Calza SPA & Foresteria in Florence seeks a Front Desk Agent to join the Front Office team. The role involves managing check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest assistance to ensure a warm, efficient, and personalized welcome.
The candidate should have a high school diploma or degree in tourism/languages, at least 1 year of hotel experience, and fluency in English (B2+) plus French and/or German (B2+). Knowledge of OTA channels and reservation systems is a plus.
