Responsabilità
- Design and develop advanced SSCB hardware, including semiconductor stacks, gate drivers, and protection schemes for DC applications
- Perform circuit-level and system-level simulations to assess performance under fault and transient conditions
- Contribute to thermal analysis and power loss estimation for reliable SSCB hardware
- Select and qualify power semiconductor devices and passive components; collaborate with suppliers for validation
- Lead prototype development: build hardware demonstrators, define tests, execute validation and analyze results
- Troubleshoot hardware/design issues during development and post-deployment; implement corrective actions
- Support PCB layout using Altium Designer with emphasis on insulation voltage, signal integrity, and EMC
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, design reports, and test procedures across product lifecycle
- Collaborate with mechanical and electronic engineers, layout designers, and testing teams to meet milestones
- Share knowledge and best practices with the broader engineering team
- Drive targets for quality, time, scope, and cost while addressing technical risks
