Hybrid About the role You will act as the senior HR Business Partner for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Italy, partnering with the Managing Director and the Italian Leadership Team to translate business priorities into a focused people and organisation agenda.
You will provide strategic counsel while ensuring disciplined execution across talent, organisation, culture, performance, and change. This is a hands-on leadership role in a complex, highly regulated market. The scope includes organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, leadership capability, employee and labour relations, performance management, and the use of data, digital tools, and AI to improve decisions and HR delivery.
