The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Key Account Manager (m/f/*) for Priority Vertical Market of IATD (Industrial Adhesive & Tapes Division) at 3M Italy, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Manage and develop strategic key accounts, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Identify growth opportunities and execute account development plans
Leading automation process of adhesives and tapes in key customers
Support complex projects in collaboration with technical, marketing, and operational teams
Lead annual Account Planning, including forecasting and performance tracking




Ensure effective pipeline management through consistent CRM usage
Analyze sales data to drive insights and recommend actions
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or equivalent experience in business-to-end‐user sales
From 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B key account management
Knowledge of industrial or technical markets
Knowledge of industrial/chemical products, preferably adhesives and tapes
Strong communication, negotiation, prospecting and stakeholder engagement skills
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead complex initiatives
Excellent English
Knowledge of CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays
