Our Real Estate Development team identifies and secures high-potential sites, from shopping centers to parking lots and major retail chains,



to develop the charging stations of tomorrow. AsBusiness Developer , you'll beon the front line , driving growth by acquiring new locations and building long-term partnerships with key stakeholders across the Italian territory. You'll play a pivotal role in scaling our presence in the country.
Your Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and negotiate real estate opportunities for Electra's fast-charging stations across Italy. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate owners, developers, and retail partners. Lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and first contact to deal closing and onboarding. Coordinate internally with technical, legal, and deployment teams to ensure successful project execution.
