The Integration Manager (M&A; Post-Integration) is responsible for leading end-to-end post-merger integration execution across DKSH's business, functional, and geographic workstreams. This role is critical to realizing the full value of DKSH's acquisitions by translating deal intent into structured execution, driving synergy capture, and ensuring seamless organizational and operational convergence.
What You Will Deliver
- Lead end-to-end post-merger integration execution across business, functional, and geographic workstreams, ensuring full alignment with the original deal thesis and strategic objectives.
- Translate signed deal assumptions into a detailed integration roadmap, milestones, and deliverables that guide cross-functional teams from Day 1 through stabilization.
- Drive synergy realization including cost savings, revenue synergies, and operational efficiencies,
tracking performance against agreed targets and escalating deviations early.
- Establish and govern integration governance frameworks including steering committees, workstream cadences, and escalation paths to maintain accountability and momentum.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Human Resources (HR), Finance, Information Technology (IT), Commercial, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned and timely execution.
- Identify, manage, and resolve key integration risks, issues, and dependencies in partnership with accountable workstream owners.
- Oversee Day 1, Day 100, and stabilization phases to protect business continuity and minimize operational disruption.
- Ensure data, systems, and process integration across Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and reporting structures are executed as planned.
