What is the role about:We are looking for an experienced Workday Absence & Time Tracking Consultant to join our team and support clients in designing, configuring, and optimizing their Workday solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, deliver best-practice configurations, support implementations,



and provide ongoing guidance to help clients maximise the value of their Workday investment.
Job Description Responsibilities will include:
- Configure and implement Workday Absence and Time Tracking solutions aligned to client requirements and best practices.
- Facilitate client workshops to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend effective Workday solutions.
- Provide expert functional guidance throughout solution design, prototyping, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Advise clients on Workday functionality, enhancements, and industry best practices related to Absence and Time Tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration with other Workday modules and HR systems.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure stable and optimised solutions.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions and supporting documentation.
- Manage multiple client engagement
