Role Summary and Impact
We are looking for a skilled Manager, Consulting Analytics & CRO to lead projects for our high-profile clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovative digital marketing solutions are at the foreground.
You'll be at the intersection of implementation and analysis: ensuring data is properly collected, transformed, and made actionable across the company.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.
- Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.
- Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.
- Daily use of Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.
- Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity…)
- Daily use of Consent Management Platform tools and direct management of common technical privacy issues.
- Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics.
- Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- A clear inclination for continuous learning.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.Fluent Italian language skills
