We are seeking an Associate to support M&A; initiatives, with significant involvement in international transactions. The role will focus on financial analysis, valuation models, and the preparation of transaction materials,
while also supporting project coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Support M&A; projects in Italy and abroad throughout the different phases of the transaction process.
- Contribute to the analysis and evaluation of potential investment opportunities through financial and strategic assessments.
- Assist in deal execution by coordinating workstreams, tracking timelines, and facilitating alignment among internal functions and external advisors. Support Due Diligence activities across financial, tax, commercial, legal, and technical workstreams, coordinating with relevant internal functions and external advisors.
- Assist in the review of financial information and key business drivers to support transaction assessments.
- Participate in the preparation of financial analyses, business plans, and financial models.
