Job Title: Junior Wireless Solution Sales Engineer (Extra-curricular Intern)
Job Location: Milan (Italy)
Contract Type: 6-Month Internship (Path to Full-Time employment)
Compensation: €1,000 gross/month
About the Role & Program
Kickstart your career with Huawei Italy’s Graduate Program. This intensive 6-month internship is designed to develop the next generation of ICT leaders. You will work alongside industry experts, gain hands‑on experience in Wireless/Mobile Broadband technologies (5G, LTE, RAN, Microwave), technical solution design, and customer engagement, transitioning directly into a full‑time role upon successful completion.
Main Responsibilities:
- Market & Needs Analysis: Conduct technical and market analysis to identify mobile network trends, evaluate operator/enterprise pain points, and uncover growth opportunities for Wireless solutions.
- Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, tailor, and present high‑impact technical proposals based on client coverage/capacity requirements and industry standards.
- Client
