To boost the Italian team in the Data Center Sector, We are looking for a Contract & Cost Manager - Data Center, to support one of our most important clients in a rapidly growing industry.
In this role, you will contribute to complex, high-profile projects, working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact within a global leader in sustainable design and engineering.
Role accountabilities:
- Management of the entirety of the Building Contracts.
- Visit the site regularly to review progress and quality with the
- Contractor and other contractors undertaking the project.
- Provide contractual support and advice on potential change orders, cost impacts, risks, utility requirements etc
- Advise on Client liability regarding any claims from the Contractor (preliminary advice only).
