Commscope is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader based in Goa to drive preventive maintenance programs, manage spares and upgrades, and lead technicians in a fiber optics manufacturing environment.
You will guide RCAs/FMEAs, focus improvements to boost MTBF/MTTR, and ensure safety and 5S standards while optimizing OEE and costs. Strong SAP, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD skills are required.
