As Production Manager at Sanofi in Goa, you will oversee end-to-end production planning, scheduling, and new product transfers to the Goa site. You will work with cross-functional teams to meet production plans, maintain WIP, and ensure compliant manufacturing and documentation. You will lead process improvements, GMP/HSE adherence, and staff development to drive consistent, high-quality output. - Plan and schedule production and allocate work across centers; coordinate with supply chain and cross-functional teams
