About you and this role
The Industrial & Chemical Processing segment, part of Dow Consumer Solutions,



delivers silicone-based technologies that help customers to enhance formulation performance, improve process efficiency and advance their sustainability goals.
Our portfolio includes antifoams, process additives, specialty emulsions, and other performance solutions serving markets such as textiles, leather, pulp and paper, coatings, food processing, release applications, and specialty chemical processing.
As part of our Marketing team, we are seeking a
Market Segment Manager, Industrial & Chemical Processing EMEA
to define and execute profitable growth strategies across assigned application markets in EMEA.
The preferred location is
Seneffe, Belgium; Milan, Italy
may also be considered.
In this B2B marketing role, you will identify attractive market opportunities, develop customer and value-chain insights, shape portfolio and innovation priorities, and lead commercialization.
