About the Role:
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service, memorable in‐room dining experiences, and attentive care for our guests throughout the Hotel. Your role includes assisting the Chef de Rang, supporting all IRD service operations, and ensuring timely, elegant, and precise delivery of food and beverage orders directly to guest rooms.
You will manage set‐up, delivery, and clearing of IRD trays and trolleys, maintain high visibility within the guest corridor and IRD back‐office, and uphold Four Season
