Support corporate M&A; transactions and due diligence processes
Assist in drafting and reviewing transaction documents
Coordinate with international teams and clients
Contribute to deal analysis and risk assessment
Participate in training programs and professional development
Support senior associates on complex negotiations
Requisiti fondamentali
~1–2 years PQE in Corporate M&A; in a comparable law firm
~ Licensed to practice law in Italy
~ Italian Law Degree (minimum 105/110)
~ High level of English (C1)
