you should have experience in customer service and exceptional product knowledge to provide a top-quality brand experience to our customers; assist our Lead and Coach in training new hires; support various store departments (e.g., cash handling and merchandise in/out, stock replenishment, display set-up); and recommend products that meet sales goals; use your knowledge of digital devices to connect online and offline sales and services at the store; inform customers and new colleagues about NIKE products and services; improve your knowledge using our tools and training courses to continuously learn new information on sales trends, products, services, and NIKE culture.
