and wants of all people.Purpose:To provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to enable them to live valued lives in the community.Qualifications:* Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings* Must possess a valid Driver's License with all necessary endorsements and have a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.* Must possess basic computer skills* Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent* Minimum two years of experience working in the human service field* Minimum two year of supervisory experienceEssential Functions:* Provides support, supervision to all staff and individuals in the Day Program setting* Creates and maintains a positive, learning, supportive environment for all employees and individuals* Ensures accuracy and efficiency in billing and staffing in regards to daily revenue* Ensures implementation and documentation of all training, support and behavior programs as required by the individual's plan and regulatory agencies* Ensures safety by accounting for all employees and individuals on site, in the van, and on trip activities* Ensures employee compliance with policies and procedures through monitoring and training* Provides constructive feedback to
