In this role, you will work on the technical onboarding and integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) into our trading platform — ensuring seamless connectivity, regulatory compliance, and optimal asset performance.

Your Responsibilities
As An Onboarding Operations Manager You Will
- Own the full technical onboarding process for BESS assets, from initial planning to go-live.
- Drive and coordinate end-to-end integrations, ensuring that every new asset in Italy is seamlessly connected to Entrix’s trading and control platform.
- Define, design, and implement communication flows between BESS controllers, EMS, SCADA and Entrix systems.
- Ensure technical compliance with grid regulations and market participation rules in Italy, coordinating closely with regulatory bodies and the grid operators.
- Support our customers and our own required registrations, pre-qualifications, certifications, licenses, acceptance tests necessary for the assets' participation in envisioned energy markets both on the trade as well as on the technical delivery side.
- Collaborate directly with cross-functional teams, from software engineers to data scientists, to optimize data flows, telemetry, and real-time trading execution.
- Translate complex project requirements into clear implementation plans, aligning timelines with our Business and Product teams.
