Role PurposeThe Associate Executive Recruiter supports the delivery of Senior Management (Executive) hiring by partnering closely with experienced Executive Recruiters,



while progressively building capability to independently lead searches end-to-end. This role combines execution, sourcing, and talent intelligence, contributing to high-quality hiring outcomes while developing the core skills required to operate as a full Executive Recruiter.
Your Tasks and ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Delivery (with increasing ownership)
- Support the end-to-end execution of senior management hiring processes, including coordination, candidate management, and interview scheduling
- Partner with Executive Recruiters to understand role requirements and search strategies
- Contribute to delivering a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Gradually take ownership of searches or sub-projects, with coaching and guidance

Integrated Sourcing & Talent Identification
- Identify and engage potential candidates using direct sourcing, research, and networking techniques
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for curren
