Overview
As a Key Account Manager, you drive adoption of Oncotype DX in Lombardia Ovest, aligning local plans with the national brand strategy. You work with surgeons, oncologists, and pathologists to uncover needs and move them along the adoption pathway, while engaging non-clinical stakeholders to demonstrate value to the National Health System. The role is autonomous, field-based, and focused on differentiating Oncotype DX in a competitive market. You collaborate with sales and marketing to deliver access and utilization goals for the region.

Responsabilità
- Pursue agreed commercial objectives with the Sales Manager Italy
- Engage oncology stakeholders in Italy, especially in Breast Cancer
- Provide logistical support to Designated Cancer Centers for Oncotype DX ordering
- Develop and execute local account plans aligned to the national brand plan
- Differentiate Oncotype DX from competitors and articulate value to account decision-making units
- Build relationships with clinical and non-clinical customers to demonstrate test value




- Maintain technical fluency through training and product knowledge
- Attend sales meetings and professional conferences; collaborate with sales management and marketing
- Work autonomously, prioritizing time for maximum regional impact
- Travel to national meetings 3-4 times per year; attend international congresses as needed
- Communicate feedback up to national, regional, and area teams

Requisiti fondamentali
- 5 years of sales experience promoting complex medical oncology or diagnostic products (breast cancer preferred)
- Experience with multiple stakeholders and reimbursement processes within the National Health System
- Strong knowledge of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Oncology, Pathology, Procurement
- Proven territory and key account management skills
- Understanding of clinical research and diagnostics in cancer
- Excellent communication across all levels of the National Health System
- Strategic business acumen and self-sta
