The Retail Coordinator is responsible for achieving the qualitative and quantitative chain objectives through the organization and coordination of retail staff activities. The core responsibilities of the role include:
- applying the commercial strategy by assigning the sales objectives to Retail Supervisors;
- supervising the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the Retail Supervisors, proposing possible corrective action;
- coordinating and managing the people assigned, acting as interpreter and spokesperson for the phenomena and needs of the commercial network.

Job Description
The Retail Coordinator is responsible for achieving the qualitative and quantitative chain objectives through the organization and coordination of retail staff activities. The core responsibilities of the role include:

- 1.01 Coordinates all assigned resources (costs/people) in order to guarantee the objectives defined based on company guidelines and standards, planning and organizing the activities of the Retail Supervisors
- 1.02 Develops the knowledge of the Retail Supervisors assigned through off/on training activities online. The main knowledge to be developed must include, by way of example, products, customers and sales techniques
