Job Overview: Trainee will assist and support the hr team with recruitment process and general activities.

Basic requirements:

Qualifications:

• Academic Degree or diploma

Desirable:

1.Specialization Courses or Master

2.Knowledge of English language

Primary Job Functions:

Recruitment Duties

• Assist with CVs screening and reply to all candidates

• Assist in hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and company policies and standards.

• Assist in organizing the session called “First Encounter” and other interviews

General Activities

• Prepare Weekly Commitment to Quality

• Create and maintain new hire and personnel files and enter them into Human Resources Information Systems

• Ensure accurate maintenance of all employee records and files

• Update Birthdays list, organizing cards and presents

• Prepare materials for Orientations for new hired

• Inform Human Resources management of issues related to employee relations within the property

• Assist in other special HR Projects,



such as Cross Training Calendar, Monthly team building activities, Grooming Standards, Standard Operating Procedures and Medical Examinations.

• Create flyers and PPT to promote all HR new activities

• Train new hires on Human Resources processes, programs, policies, information systems, etc.

• Follow all company policies and procedures;

• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

• Speak with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.

• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others

• Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.

• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Administration Duties

• Handle casual workers communications to Italian Government

• Keep HR files
