Welcome to catworkx Italy

We are much more than an IT consulting firm: we are innovators, pioneers, and partners of excellence. We are also one of the leading Atlassian Platinum Partners in the world, with a strong presence in Europe.

We are an international company with offices in Germany, Italy, the United States, Switzerland, Austria, Ecuador, Spain, and Hungary, and we offer solutions that bring innovation, efficiency, and collaboration to companies worldwide. We specialize in Agile, DevOps, and team collaboration technologies, helping organizations work better, faster, and with greater integration.

We are looking for an experienced Business Program Manager to launch and drive a focused churn reduction program in a subscription business. You will turn retention priorities into a coordinated portfolio of initiatives, bring together teams across the organization, and help leadership make clear, timely decisions.

This role combines strong program management with commercial judgment.

You should be comfortable moving from the economics of a retention initiative to the practical details of getting several workstreams delivered.

What You Will Do

• Set up and run the churn program: define workstreams, owners, milestones, decision forums, risks, and a regular performance review
• Coordinate working groups across multiple projects and functions, including Product, Marketing, Customer Care, Sales, Finance, Data, and Technology
• Manage stakeholders in a complex organization, resolve dependencies, and escalate decisions when needed
• Prepare concise executive presentations that explain performance, initiative progress, expected impact, trade-offs, and decisions required
• Work with Finance and Analytics to quantify the potential and realized impact of each workstream, including assumptions, costs, timing, and confidence levels
• Help teams identify and prioritize opportunities across churn prevention, retention, and loyalty, using customer insight and commercial value
