We’re currently seeking an internship in Client experience and engagement who will report to the WW Client Experience & Retail Excellence Senior Manager as part of our dynamic team in Sesto Fiorentino

Your opportunity

As Client Experience and Engagement Intern, you will support the Omnichannel team to enhance our client engagement strategy and contribute to revenue growth. You will gain hands on experience in client profiling, support the stores with their day to day clienteling activities, measuring campaign performance, and developing actionable insights to drive loyalty and engagement. You will also be involved in the organization and implementation of client experiences in store and during Factory visits. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the evolution of a luxury heritage brand through data-driven decision-making.
