Once on board we nurture and promote talented individuals, making sure that senior positions are open to all.Discover the RoleThe Senior Fund Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate fund accounting records and delivering high-quality financial reporting for assigned client portfolios. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of fund accounting standards, and a commitment to operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesFund Accounting & Reporting - Maintain the general ledger and perform daily, monthly, and quarterly accounting for funds - Prepare NAV calculations,
investor allocations, and capital account statements - Ensure accurate recording of capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interestFinancial Statements & Compliance - Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS GAAP - Ensure compliance with local regulations and client-specific requirementsInvestor Reporting - Prepare investor reports, capital call notices, and distribution notices - Maintain investor records and respond to investor queries in a timely mannerRegulatory Reporting - Reporting to the Bank of Italy and Consob - CRS/FATCA reportingKey RequirementsEducation: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an economic fieldExperience: - at least 5 years of experience in fund accounting - Knowledge of IFRS GAAP and fund structuresSoft Skills: - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesWhat’s in it for you?The start date for this role will be from October onwards3 days of home working per weekWelfare policyRefer a friend policyBusiness academyWe’re looking forward to getting to know you!
