including possibilities abroadFlexible and hybrid working arrangementsFree company parkingCompany smartphone and laptopResponsibilitiesDaily Operations of pricing quotations and contract bookingPricing responsibility for the business's strategic customers and quotesActive role in the integration of business units and commercial teams, partner the Sales Teams with ongoing and annual commercial negotiationsSystem implementation and usage M3, CPQSupport the completion of the Pricing process for the business unitAid with the tracking of pricing performance against the pricing budgetBecome an integral member of the Pricing team and provide support within the team where requiredProfessional and Personal skillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent.Experience: 3+ years in relevant roles, ideally within matrixed finance organizations.Technical Skills: Strong Excel skills; experience with SFDC and Infor; SAP knowledge is an advantage.Language Skills: Proficient in English.Professional Skills: Strong negotiation, influencing, communication, and business engagement capabilities; effective knowledge sharing.Analytical & Process Skills: Detail-oriented, process-driven, strong critical thinking, problem solving, and ability to manage conflicting priorities.Soft Skills: Team player with a positive attitude, continuous?improvement mindset, autonomy, resilience, integrity, and ability to lead change and build trusted partnerships.DetailsLocation: Gallarate (VA)
