Alpitronic is seeking an AI Transformation Manager to shape the AI agenda, assess processes for AI potential, and manage the resulting portfolio within the IT roadmap. You will design AI governance in practice and lead a cross-functional AI community to establish rules and best practices.

You will drive AI literacy across the enterprise, manage change, and align AI initiatives with the IT portfolio while ensuring compliance with EU AI Act obligations. This role anchors the future-ready workforce.
