HTI is seeking an Induction Heat Treat Engineer to lead, develop, and optimize induction heating, hardening, quenching, and tempering processes for automotive components. You will own process performance, troubleshoot issues on the shop floor, and drive continuous improvement in tooling, fixtures, and process control.

You will collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, tooling, and engineering teams to ensure heat-treatment processes are capable, repeatable, and production-ready.
