Dow Personal Care is seeking a Marketing Manager, Personal Care EMEA to drive growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role collaborates with Sales, TS&D;, R&D;, Product Management, and Business Communications to identify opportunities and commercialize innovations.

The preferred location is Seneffe, Belgium; Milan, Italy may also be considered. You will lead marketing plans, 4Ps optimization, and value propositions aligned with business objectives in a matrix, global organization.
