- Develop and implement comprehensive commercial strategies to drive revenue growth

- Establish and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders

- Oversee budget planning and ensure optimal allocation of resources
- Proven experience in leading commercial teams within the Plastics and Polymer Industry sector
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in developing and executing business plans
- A degree in business, economics, or a related field
- Fluency in Italian, with a good command of English
