Pharma Point Srl, on behalf of Cytokinetics, seeks a Key Account Manager for Emilia Romagna–Marche (Bologna) to drive aficamten adoption. You will manage physician and hospital relationships, develop strategic plans, and lead territory execution across cardiology and staff groups.

The role requires 5+ years in biotech/pharma sales, strong market access knowledge, and a proven track record of launching products in specialty care. A field-based position with extensive travel is expected.
