What You'll Actually Be Doing Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and pipeline generation through negotiation and close - across a high volume of parallel, shorter-cycle deals. Build relationships with business and departmental leaders, positioning Slack's AI capabilities (including Enterprise Search, an AI-powered search tool, and Slackbot, Slack's AI assistant) as the solution to their challenges. Partner with Salesforce Core Account Executives and Solution Engineers to co-sell, demo, and tailor solutions across your territory.



Develop ROI-driven business cases that ground Slack AI recommendations in measurable productivity and cost outcomes.
You are fluent in Italian and English.
You have a proven track record as a quota-carrying SaaS sales professional, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
You can manage a large, high-velocity pipeline with strong time management and forecasting discipline.
You have exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor value propositions to customer needs.
You have experience selling collaboration, productivity, or enterprise software solutions.
You have experience selling into Financial Services, Retail/Consumer, Manufacturing/Automotive, or Energy & Utilities.
You have working familiarity with AI concepts - enough to self-serve a first-call demo of AI assistants and search tools.
You've worked in team-selling environments, aligning with core Account Executives and partners.
