Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive client development and business generation.
Maintain an active client portfolio using CRM tools, ensuring regular outreach, appointment setting, follow-up communications and after-sales service.
Actively generate new business opportunities by acquiring new clients and strengthening relationships with existing ones.
Maintain accurate customer information including purchase history, product preferences, wish lists, special requests and follow-up activities.
Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge across all categories while continuously monitoring luxury market trends and competitors.
