ph3Senior Robotics Lead /h3 pAs a Senior Robotics Lead, you will lead a team of engineers across the full stack to develop the next frontier of soft continuum robots, while managing relationships with European funding bodies and Italian customers. /p pThis role is particularly suited to roboticists with a Ph.D. from a leading Robotics lab who want to translate scientific results into reliable robotic solutions that agevolazioni society. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the technical development of our engineering team in Italy, overseeing day-to-day activities while acting as a bridge between our Swiss and Italian offices. /li liSet up and manage a robotics hub in Rome. /li liManage relationships and documentation with EU funding bodies. /li liProvide technical support for grant writing (e.g., Horizon Europe and EIC calls). /li liWork closely with our CTO to help shape and inform our technical roadmap. /li /ul h3What You Must Have /h3 ul liA Ph.D. in Robotics, or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead in robotics.
/li liStrong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize complex robotics systems. /li liStrong communication and writing skills. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3Bonus Points /h3 ul liAs a starting point, you will lead development activities in two Horizon Europe projects focused on soft robotics.
