Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries and reservation requests.
Gather information regarding client needs and preferences.
Research available options and services.
Assist with reservations and confirmations.
Provide accurate information and timely update.
Review reservation details and documentation.
Assist with changes and special requests.
Maintain accurate client records.
Follow up on outstanding requests.
Communicate with service providers when needed.
Maintain professional customer service standards.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
