The role ensures that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost targets are consistently met, while acting as a technical interface between bRD /b, bfactories /b, bsuppliers /b, and internal stakeholders. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liContinuous Improvement Collaborate with factories to identify, propose and lead improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost performance. /li liProduction Flow Design Develop, design and implement efficient production flows,



methods and layouts for Air Cooler manufacturing. /li liSOP Development Support the creation, standardization and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the production area. /li liProject Participation Act as Team Member or Project Manager in assigned improvement or development projects, ensuring timely and effective execution. /li liRD Interface Ensure alignment between RD and factory teams during product development phases, supporting industrialization and manufacturability. /li liTechnical Support Provide technical assistance to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to problem?solving activities. /li liDocumentation Compliance Support documentation activities related to production processes, equipment, and compliance with internal and external standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications Skills /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Mechanical, Energy, or Civil Engineering. /li li3–5 years of experience in production engineering or similar roles. /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment. /li liAbility to work autonomously and manage multiple projects. /li liProficiency in English, written and spoken. /li liSolid problem?solving skills and a proactive mindset. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments. /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
