The role will contribute to the evolution of the IT operating model by strengthening monitoring capabilities, preventive maintenance, automation, and the adoption of Artificial Intelligence-based solutions, working closely with internal technical teams and external technology partners. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Infrastructure Operations. /liliAnalyze operational trends, recurring incidents, and systemic issues, identifying preventive and corrective actions. /liliDrive improvements in the reliability and availability of IT services. /liliOversee the evolution of monitoring and observability platforms. /liliDefine and monitor operational KPIs. /liliCollaborate with infrastructure teams and vendors on preventive maintenance plans. /liliIdentify automation opportunities through traditional tools and AI solutions. /liliSupport the adoption of AI and Generative AI technologies.
/liliCoordinate Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis activities. /liliPartner with the Cyber Security team to enhance infrastructure resilience. /liliMonitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement plans. /li /ulh3Education /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. /li /ulh3Experience /h3ulliMinimum 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, or Service Management. /liliExperience in structured international environments. /liliExperience coordinating vendors and outsourced service providers. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3ulliKnowledge of enterprise IT infrastructures. /liliKnowledge of ITIL processes and Service Management best practices. /liliExperience with ITSM platforms, preferably ServiceNow. /liliExperience with monitoring and observability tools. /liliKnowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS. /liliFamiliarity with automation technologies and tools. /li /ulh3Cyber Security /h3ulliKnowledge of Vulnerability Management processes. /liliUnderstanding of Patch Management and Security Monitoring.
