Our Head office
recruitment
is done both
internally
and
externally
. This means that some of our Head office
employees used to work in shops
and they experienced both
horizontal
and
vertical career growth.

Other colleagues in junior and in management positions were employed from outside the company. Through our recruitment and selection processes we seek to find the
best fit between the candidate profile and the company
while discovering the potential in people.
