ppA leading provider of food and beverage services at sports, entertainment and convention facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Suite/Event Attendant /p bPLEASE NOTE: This position is required to pass a background check. /b h3Essential Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liGreets all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness. /li liServes alcoholic beverages in an appropriate manner consistent with company standards. /li liAnswers guest questions about food, beverages, and our facilities accurately and in a friendly manner. /li liDoes side work during non-busy hours. /li liSpeaks to guests with enthusiasm at all times. /li liDevelops relationships with guests. /li liProvides the highest level of service in accordance with our standards. /li liIdentifies food orders when ready and delivers items to tables in a timely manner. /li liMaintains a professional appearance at all times. /li liCommunicates with food and beverage staff to ensure guest satisfaction. /li liReports to work as scheduled, in uniform, and ready to be in position. /li liMaintains professional relationships with all coworkers. /li liFollows checklists and standard operating procedures. /li liMaintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area. /li liPerforms duties as assigned. /li liMaintains full knowledge of menus, recipes, and other pertinent information. /li liConstantly increasing knowledge of food, beverages, and other products and services. /li liEnsures that guests have a positive and memorable experience.



/li liResponsible for constant sanitation, organization, and proper food handling. /li liPrepares work area for either opening, mid?shift, or closing in accordance with company standards. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMust be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays. /li liMust be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire. /li liMust attend all ASM Global Alcohol and Policy Training Classes. /li /ul h3Education And Work Experience /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. /li li1-2 years serving experience. /li /ul h3Skills And Abilities /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills. /li liGood with people. /li liAbility to handle high stress situations. /li liAbility to read and understand English. /li liAbility to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. /li /ul h3PHYSICAL DEMANDS /h3 pMust be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
