For our Credit Department within the Finance function at our Turin Headquarters, we are looking for a Credit Collector with proven experience in credit collection and credit management.

Monitor the credit portfolio and manage collection activities;
Assess customers’ creditworthiness and identify potential risks of default;
Manage customer relationships regarding the recovery of outstanding amounts;
Conduct negotiations and define repayment plans where necessary;
Collaborate with internal departments, particularly Sales and Customer Service,



as well as with field agents;
Monitor collection performance and contribute to reducing payment times;
Prepare reports and analyses related to credit positions.

At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably within structured organizations;
Fluent English, both written and spoken;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Office suite;
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365;
Strong analytical and negotiation skills;
Proactive and dynamic approach;
Good interpersonal skills and a strong teamwork attitude;
Experience in international and/or multinational environments.

Salary Package: from approximately € 27.839 up to a maximum of € 33.000, depending on the overall assessment of the candidate’s profile and the position, plus a range of company benefits.
