Bigli is the community of the Off White Style, Graphic, Marketing and Product teams and is inclusive and inspiring as per definition of the brand Off White **THE ROLE** Off-White is looking for a Marketing e Ops Assistant, who will respond to the Marketing Director, to manage and coordinate the marketing and communication activities. **WHAT YOU WILL DO**:
- Undertaking daily tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the marketing and communication department’s activities-
- Supporting marketing and communication executives in daily project management, planning, cross - department coordination, schedules and delivery timelines-
- Supporting marketing and communication executives in the budget planning, monitoring and process-
- Supporting marketing and communication executives on art buying, agreements with partners, brief and b&f; with legal teamsWork with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives,
execution and reporting. **WHO YOU ARE**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or similar-
- Previous experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury fashion brand is a plus-
- Proven interest in the fashion luxury industry-
- Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Powerpoint-
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure-
- Precise with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills-
- Good understanding of the modern-day consumer-
- Fluent in English both written and spoken this will be tested in the interview process-
