We help Life Sciences Healthcare companies to unleash the potential of every Bid and Tender — and for that, we're looking for an Engagement Associate to help more organizations transform how they manage and win public tenders. /ph3What's in it for you /h3ulliA product that's actually used and valued by global companies /liliCross-functional teams with real ownership and fast feedback /liliA front-row seat in how AI is changing enterprise software /liliThe opportunity to work closely with customers and help them improve real business processes /liliA clear path to grow your skills and take on more responsibility /liliFlexibility, support and people who love building things that matter /li /ulh3The team /h3pYou will join our growing Professional Services team alongside Business Analysts and the Account team, while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, UX and QA. /ppFrom day one, you will own well-scoped implementations from kickoff to rollout, progressing to more complex engagements as your judgement and confidence develop, with mentoring and a clear escalation path throughout. /ppThe role offers a clear path toward becoming an Engagement Manager as you build deeper product, domain and stakeholder expertise. /ppAI is embedded in both our platform and the way we work, giving you the opportunity to help organizations rethink tender processes, reduce manual effort and make better decisions. /ph3The work you'll do /h3ulliOwn implementation delivery from kickoff to rollout, keeping scope, timelines, responsibilities, risks and next steps aligned /liliUnderstand customer objectives, tender processes, implementation needs and adoption priorities /liliRun the project cadence, including meetings, decisions,
actions and follow-ups /liliCoordinate customer and internal workstreams, making dependencies visible and addressing blockers with the right teams /liliWork closely with Business Analysts, Product and delivery teams to keep customer needs and implementation priorities aligned /liliCoordinate rollout readiness, including testing, training, user preparation and go-live activities /liliTrack progress and early adoption signals to identify risks, gaps and areas requiring attention /liliLead the transition to the Account team once adoption is stable, ensuring status, open points, risks and next steps are clearly carried forward /liliSurface practical AI-enabled opportunities to streamline customer workflows and reduce manual work /liliCapture feedback and lessons learned to improve Professional Services tools, templates and ways of working /li /ulh3The skills you bring /h3ulliFluency in English and Italian /lili1-2 years of professional experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, SaaS implementation, customer delivery or another customer-facing environment, including relevant internships or other early-career experience /liliBachelor's degree or equivalent experience /liliConfident written and verbal communication with customers and internal stakeholders /liliStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills /liliExcellent organization,
