About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Senior HR Specialist
to support our growing business in Italy.
The role covers
HR compliance, organisation, performance management, compensation & benefits, recruitment and employee relations
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR compliance and employee relations in line with
Italian labour law and applicable CCNLs
.
Manage employee lifecycle processes, HR policies, contracts and HR documentation.
Support
organisation design, workforce planning and job structure
.
Coordinate
performance management
, including goal setting, performance reviews and improvement plans.
Manage
compensation & benefits
, salary reviews, bonuses and payroll-related HR matters.
Lead recruitment for key positions and support workforce planning.
Provide HR advice and support to managers on day-to-day people matters.
Prepare HR reports and support regional HR projects.
Requirements
5+ years of HR experience
, preferably in a multinational or fast-growing company.
Strong knowledge of
Italian employment law, HR compliance and CCNL
.
Solid experience in
C&B;, performance management, organisation and recruitment
.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent
Italian
and good
Mandarin
.
Independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
