ppDescrizione dell'offerta di lavoro /p pbOverview /b /p pIn this role you will lead the Commissioning Department to translate business and production priorities into actionable plans. You will oversee multiple teams, allocate resources, and drive performance improvements to meet financial and operational objectives. You'll shape policies and processes, coordinating with cross-functional leaders to ensure safe, efficient project execution. This is an opportunity to influence performance at scale within a long-established energy services company that supports offshore and nearshore energy projects. /p pbResponsabilità /b /p ul liManage multiple related teams and set organizational priorities /li liProvide leadership to managers and professional staff /li liDevelop departmental plans including business, production, and organizational priorities /li liAllocate staffing and resources for projects and proposals /li liOversee administrative and technical management of the commissioning department /li liIdentify performance gaps and drive improvements in systems, equipment, and people /li liCoordinate work across disciplines, offices, fabrication, and construction to meet project requirements /li liLead technical execution aligned with project business considerations /li liAdminister and manage departmental performance appraisals /li liCoordinate training, recruitment, and workforce development /li liCommunicate project status and manage hand-overs between departments and sites /li liEnsure compliance with McDermott policies and procedures /li liOversee budgeting, staffing,



and salary planning for the department /li liMaintain up-to-date MPS system and prepare man-hour estimates /li liLead improvement initiatives within the department /li liSupport project proposals and resource allocations /li liEnsure timely mandatory training and staff development /li liMaintain departmental integrity of work produced /li liStay aligned with project milestones through the Lead Engineer /li liLiaise with project managers, controls, engineering managers, and construction/fabrication teams /li /ul pbRequisiti fondamentali /b /p ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering /li li20+ years of experience with proven leadership /li liMulti-disciplinary expertise within own discipline and basic knowledge of other functions /li liStrong industry understanding to influence processes and policies /li liSignificant management experience /liliExcellent communication and presentation skills /li liProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and other engineering software /li liAbility to assess and communicate project requirements clearly /li liFlexibility for reassignment across departments/sites/offices /li liProficiency in English; multilingual skills a plus /li liExperience with recruitment, performance management, and training coordination /li liAbility to manage budgets and staffing plans /li liCommitment to training completion and policy enforcement /li lileadership /li licommunication /li liadaptability /li liMS Word /li liExcel /li liPowerPoint /li /ul /p #J-*****-Ljbffr
