About this vacancy
Monitor project progress and milestones throughout the product development lifecycle
Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D;, Engineering, Testing, and Manufacturing
Track project risks, issues, and action plans, ensuring timely resolution
Support product validation, prototyping, and industrialization activities
Collaborate closely with technical stakeholders, suppliers, and business teams to achieve project objectives
What we expect from you
MSc in Mechanical, Industrial, Automation Engineering or similar
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience in automation environments (a plus)
Proficiency in MS Project, Excel and Word
What you can expect from us
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary - RAL will be no less than €******, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce - Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process,



after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above. In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
