OverviewIn this role you will lead the technical execution of industrial water treatment projects in Europe, from early scope and design through commissioning.
You will work closely with Engineering, Procurement, and Service teams to optimize CAPEX/OPEX, supervise on-site activities, and ensure successful project delivery to customers.
The position blends field work with technical leadership in a dynamic, international environment.

ResponsabilitàClarify project scope and technical risks early, proposing optimal solutions for competitive advantage
Perform or supervise site surveys, basic design, and system conception to balance CAPEX and OPEX
Define project schedules, execution timelines, and staffing needs based on specifications
Prepare technical specs and procedures, support procurement during supplier selection and PO issuance
Monitor progress, review specifications, and coordinate with internal/external Engineering and Service teams
Inspect construction sites for compliance with design and correct equipment installation
Lead installation,
start-up, commissioning, and final performance sign-off
Provide technical support on existing OEM contracts with troubleshooting and resource coordination
Manage subcontractor relationships ensuring alignment with Solenis' standards and values
Support continuous improvement initiatives within O&M; contracts and Solutions Provider strategy
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Technical Engineering (water process selection, design and implementation)
1–2 years in Electrical and Automation, or 2–4 years in Mechanical with water treatment experience
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, piping, electrical components, material compatibility and chemical applications
Familiarity with control and monitoring instrumentation (local and remote) and digital project execution
Awareness of international standards and certifications for equipment construction
Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory)
Willingness to travel ~50% within Italy; valid driving license
