/p pbMain Responsibilities /b /p ul liMonthly closing; /li liVariances analysis with respect to standard costs of materials and of direct labor; /li liCost analysis and monthly reconciliation process with General Ledger; /li liMonthly Inventory control and periodic physical inventory counts and related internal audit; /li liFixed Assets inventory mangement; /li liDefinition of strong standard operating procedures in line with corporate requirements and deadlines; /li liInteraction with Operation, Purchasing, Logistic, Sales; /li liCoordination with Global Shared Services center and Business Platform Controllers.
/li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liTechnical training background preferred managerial engineering or business economy, a base experience in cost accounting and/or industrial controlling, gained in B2B manufacturing project-based or serial productions companies; /li liAdvanced use of Excel, Google Suite and SAP systems is required, with particular focus on industrial process management modules; /li li3/5 Years experience in Industrial controlling in a manufacturing plant possibly in a multinational environment; /li liProficient in English language is a must; /li liAvailable for domestic travel.
/li /ul pbSoft Skills: /b /p ul liAnalysis and synthesis skills with problem solving attitude; /li liEffective communication,



team working and team management; /li liResults oriented.
Focus on deadlines; /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with all corporate functions; /li liAbility to understand transactional processes (logistic, manufacturing).
/li /ul pbContractual Corporate Compensation /b /p ul libContract Type: /b Permanent, Full-time.
/li libSalary Range (Gross Annual Salary / RAL) /b: €41,000 - €52,000.
The starting salary will be commensurate with the actual experience gained and the technical skills assessed during the selection process.
